Availability

All items are subject to availability. You will be informed as soon as possible if the objects/wares ordered are no longer available. Some objects/wares may not be available immediately and will need to be made as orders come in. Therefore a 3 to 6 week time frame between ordering and customer receiving goods can be expected. You will be emailed once item(s) are shipped.
 

Returns

Sales are final with the exception of breakage during shipping. If you are curious or have question about an item TDL will email you with other pics or try and best answer your question/concern. All items are handmade – size, coloration, tool marks etc. can be expected. Most pieces are punted therefore there will be a mark at the bottom of the piece – this is fire polished so to show the hand made effort and will not be sharp. Certain objects are cold worked and their bottoms are not taken to a polish but are stable and made to be picked up and put down.
 

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of orders should be made within 24 hours of order confirmation online. Some items may be in-stock so can be shipped the next day therefore a later cancellation may not be possible, since TDL endeavors to ship the goods as available.
